I want to compress some wav files very small. The wav files I have are 10-15mbs mp3 files are 4mbs. I do not need an mp3 converter because I need the files in wav format. you can get a heat light from most pet stores. be sure to get the ones that are red. the light will glow red, but the iguana can't see it. it is like being totally dark to them. i have to iguanas that we used that for. you can also use a heat rock. they plug into an outlet, and it will heat up and they will lay on it. P.S. my iguanas grew 2ft in just one year! they are now in an outside cage that is 8ft long and 8ft tall and 4ft wide. they are only 3 and are already 4ft! they got to big for their 3ft long by 2ft tall cage. be prepared to build a big cage cause they get big fast.

I think the best overall catcher is Brian McCann but I also like Victor Martinez - Martinez is still a stud. He just lost his power with the injury but should return to form in the future. I like Prince Fielder for first, Brandon Phillips for second, Arod for third, Hanley Ramirez for short. OF I like Carlos Quentin, Grady Sizemore and Ichiro. Closer would be Rivera who still is going strong after all these years. 27 months old and still hasn't even peed in the potty?

My daughter is so smart in every other way, she just refuses to pee in the potty. I have been trying to potty train her since she turned 2 and she just will not cooperate. I always try to make it fun and be all smiles and very encouraging but every time I sit her on the potty, she jumps off and runs away. This morning she woke up with a dry diaper so I knew she was going to pee and even at the mention of the word potty, she started screaming hysterically until she turned purple in the face! I put her on the potty and she just screamed like I was trying to kill her and ran off naked down the hall. She kept screaming "Diaper!" the whole time. I know she is ready to be potty trained, she always announces when she has to pee or poo but as soon as I set her on the potty, all hell breaks loose! I always tell her she is a big girl now and how proud I would be if she pees in the potty. I try to keep a positive attitude but this is wearing me out. 27 months is too old to be not even be trying. As soon as I put her diaper back on this morning, she peed! Ugh, this is frustrating! So I'm going from a school with a number one award winning newspaper, and excellent student reporters, to a school where the students and teachers have hardly any ambition and don't really care about anything. The newspaper at this school isn't all that great either. I know this about the new school because I used to go there a long time ago. OMG girl, I know exactly how you feel, I think I know more than most dr. do about fertile days, and symptoms, and all that. When we first started ttc in August of 06' I started charting, researching, all this stuff. I soon realized that it wasn't working. I went a few months trying to do as everyone says and just don't think about it and it will happen, well, I didn't research anything, didn't chart, didn't even write on my calander when my period started I just tried to forget about it, one reason I did this was I had a miscarriage last december and was very hard to deal with, so I still wanted a baby but I didn't want to think about it. Well, we done this for about 6 months and it didn't work either, so now I am back to researching, I am starting clomid on my next cycle so I am going to chart again, maybe it will work this time!!! I haven't used pre-seed, but I dont have a problem with cm so I dont think I need any. Also I think when you are taking the tests it is addicting!!! LOL, I guess it is that rush in that 3-5 minute period waiting on another line or a plus sign! I don't know but then when you get a BFN over, and over, and over, it kind of make you feel like less of a woman because it makes you feel as if you are doing something wrong and can't get pregnant. When you have your period and are tired your vision is starting to go blurry off and on, your muscles are cramping and at times not wanting to flex, you start getting short of breath with chest tightness (you do not have asthma), and have heart palpitations. All are signs of severe anemia. You take your iron pill every day, but it is still getting worse. Your left side hurts with every period (in the spleen area not ovary area), your right side hurts also but you have already your gallbladder taken out and all that is left in the area is your liver. You are driving home from work and you start blacking out you are 2-3 miles down the road from were you where and do not remember driving it. It all varies. Sometimes, it would be better if the character just cusses. It's just more believable the situation and the character. Other times, there's no need to do it. Like, a children's book shouldn't have profanity in it. But an adult book can have it. There's nothing against it. However, I'm not crazy about seeing F-- this, F--- that every other word in a book. And I have read books like that. Cussing just to cuss turns me off a story. If you have it because it's there/needed/believable/whatever, then fine. It works. But don't overdo it and don't do it just because you think it's cool.

Many years ago I bought a leasehold property. However the landlord subsequently went missing. The property then became extremetly difficult to selll as there were all sorts of legal issues and also practical issues as to who would maintain the shared areas. Also there have been reports of the tubes growing back and re-connecting, so it is possible. I tell you what, if I had a vasectomy, and my wife got pregnant afterwards, I'd get a paternity test. I've noticed that many transual FTMs and transual MTFs have a very ist notion of the genders. Baby shower drama, cousin does not want me to throw her shower?

I was super excited to throw my cousins baby shower and volunteered to throw it for her early in her pregnancy. She seemed all for it until I recently called to go over details of planning,,,she promptly informed me that her work friends were going to throw one for her and that she only wantthat's have one shower- thats it! So I rescued this 7 month old lab from the streets about a month ago. He is the sweetest dog and very friendly and just loves people, so he's working out at a pet except one problem: he won't fetch. Messed up my knee...Whats wrong with it?

i hurt my knee in soccer practice. i quickly changed directions, then it popped and whenever i put pressure on it, it crackled. now it doesnt hurt to put pressure, but i still dont have full motion 2 wks later. and it is still swollen on the bottom very inside and outside of my knee. it occasionally hurts to run and change directions, so ive been wearing a knee brace for soccer and its been fine. but it still hurts to straighten it out. ive iced it every night and taken ibuprofen before games. my trainer thinks it might be a meniscus tear but shes not positive. what is wrong with my knee and what will the treatment be?

Pain. Please Help!!?

Please help I am scared to death. Over the past three days I have been experience extremely sensitive (especially the tips) and intermittent pain. I have been on Yasmin for the past seven months and its very cold where I live. My main reason for concern is that last week I started my new pack of Yasmin one day late. I called the OB because I have never done this or been late with a pill before to see what I should do. She told me and bf to use protection for seven days. Well this past Sunday we did the deed minus protection and now my have been doing there own thing. I am scared to death. Would I be experienceing these symptoms this early if I was pregnant? So, me and my girlfriend had been dating for 2 months. Things were great at first, we had a lot of chemistry between each other. My fraternity was having a party that night, though, and when she got there she was just as pissed as she was before. This was only two hours after I gave her the flowers. At that point, I even thought about just breaking up with her then, but didn't act on it. What got me the most is how much she says that I hurt her, even though I did everything I could to make up for it. I admitted to everything I had done wrong and then she just repeated what I said telling me everything I had done to her. At the same time, I knew the end was going to come soon enough and there were plenty of times I had the feeling that we were rushing things and that she wasn't right for me. Its just that now, I keep on thinking back to the good times we had and how things were at first. I've already deleted her number out of my phone and deleted any pictures I had. My biggest fear is that if I hurt her as much as she says I did, that I'll do it again with someone else. Any ideas as to how I can get over her?
