bad sore throat due to my allergies 18 weeks pregnant medicine?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I have a bad sore throat. It is Saturday night so I can't call my doctor. What do you think I can take? I think the sore throat is from my allergies and drainage. I am suffering cause it hurts to breathe now. I can't breathe out of my nose because it is stopped up. Thanks
