Tooth coming in *help plz asap *?

im 16 years old and its a flat tooth its only coming in on one side it doest hurt that bad it fells like a tiny poke when i chew on something but other then that pain free so is it a molar or wisdom if its a molar do i have to have it taken out i all ready know with a wisdom tooth u have to get them out
