Sounds like she's playing with you. Best tip would be to speak to her if she speaks to you but not go out of your way as you may just get blanked again. Don't get caught up in the game playing as it's very childish. If she likes you, then she'll soon wise up and start talking to you anytime she sees you. Stop overthinking as well. Just take it as it comes.
