Fibromaylgia pain what do I do?

I've been to a rheumatologist he rx me pain meds but I was wondering if there were any good meds that I can take to prevent the fatigue and pain before it happens. Something I take everyday> Instead of relying on narcotics? Im 23 years old I weigh 160 and I'm 5'6. Thanks! What works for you? I really don't understand my condition. Heres a pamphlet is all I got!
