Does anybody have suggestions for a mid to upper-end scanner/copy machine?

I work in a CPA office where we're attempting to scan all doents to creat a paperless office. We currently have a Samsung scanner/photocopier, whose feeder jams literally half the time. Are there any suggestions of scanners that actually have a decent feeder (along with a decent scanning and photocopying quality)? Looking to spend anywhere between $1000 and $5000. Thanks.
