If my infant has a stuffy nose, could the drainage be causing vomiting?

yes his stuffy nose can be causing him to vomit. First call your paediatrician they should now what is going on with him or her because vomiting in infants can be serious. But if it is from the stuffy nose use an aspirator to remove the secretions before and after he or she eats and before bedtime. Use a humidifier in the room where the baby sleeps and if possible elevate the mattress to the crib, binet or pack in play, what ever you use. Do not put any thing inside the binet, just place something under the mattress. . If there is a fever call the doctor. call them anyway it is important. Do not give him any medicine with out checking with your doctor, at his age decongestants don't really work
