Pain. Please Help!!?

Please help I am scared to death. Over the past three days I have been experience extremely sensitive (especially the tips) and intermittent pain. I have been on Yasmin for the past seven months and its very cold where I live. My main reason for concern is that last week I started my new pack of Yasmin one day late. I called the OB because I have never done this or been late with a pill before to see what I should do. She told me and bf to use protection for seven days. Well this past Sunday we did the deed minus protection and now my have been doing there own thing. I am scared to death. Would I be experienceing these symptoms this early if I was pregnant? We're both 30 but boy are we not ready for children. Please help!!
