My friend has been reported to had a heart attack in Manila who do I cotact oficially to confirm this also how do I check about a companies legal registration and owners and partners of a philipinne company.Is there a department for checking land ownership and company registration.If land is sold is it recoreded as sold I appreciate any feedback
