Do i need to loose some weight?
first of all this is not a healthy diet and if u carry on eatin like this u will have problems. u are lackin out on major vitamins and mineral. at u age u shudnt worry to much about ur weight unless u r unhealthy.u are still growin. ur wieght will change and u need more important nutrients in ur body. u should eat at least 5 fruit and veg a day, things like soomthies and dried fruit count. make the bulk of ur energy come from carbs, makes sure u have protein, drink a gl of milk every day or have cheese U NEED THE CALCIUM.dont deprive urself of treats, but small treats, remember they are TREATS not a meal.and make sure u do a bit of exercise everyday just to keep ur body workin, u dnt have to mile long jogs just a bit of walkin like walkin the dog will do. u seriously need to reduce the junk. it may not affect u now bt u are missin out out on vital nutrients.have ceral or toast 4 breakfast, porridge if u like. have a gl or orange juice and u cud add a banana in ur ceral on ur toast or whatever. 4 lunch have sandwhiches e.g tuna, cheese anythin bt not like jam or choc spread. have another piece of fruit a yoghurt, cereal bar or mayb have a mini chocolate bar. then what ever for t. have a piec of fruit again or yoghurt or small desert. then have a gl of milk with supper and if ur hungary somethin small to eat. try to eat well 80% of the time and treat urself 20% of the time. hope this helps
