Husband took me to a casino for my Birthday. Who gets my winnings?

We each have our own accounts, and are responsible for about equal house expenses. We split the mortgage, he pays the bills, and I buy the grocery's, gas, and house expenses. He took out $200 and took me out for my Birthday. We ate at the nice restaurant there, played the slots. We usually plan to play until we spend the cash, or win big and go home. He holds the cash with him whenever we gamble, and I ask him for more when I run out. While spending our last $20.00, I won a $300.00 jackpot. I told him how happy I was that now I could get the kids Christmas gifts (they usually go on a credit card that he has to pay off), or pay the airfare and hotel on a coaching trip I'm taking in January, that I needed to fund-raise for. We gambled a bit more, and left the casino with $230.00. He said on the way home, that he wants to take it to the bank and pay down some bills. Although upset, I eventually decided to be generous, and offered to split it with him. He had it on him over the next few days, and spent $60 on take out, so I decided to take him to the grocery store before he wasted it all. I got $122 in grocery's and he is flaming mad. He says I had no right spending it because where it was going was still unresolved. I told him It was my Birthday, and my Jackpot and he was lucky I offered him half of it. If I bought him a $1.00 lottery ticket for his birthday and he won, $1.00, I wouldn't ask him for my dollar back or even half of it.
