I need to know if this girl wants to go out with me?

ok.. so I went to this school dance last friday, and i danced with this girl, and for some reason, i dont know why.. it just felt so right, and i just felt so comfortable with her. I have danced with so many girls but never have i felt like this. So i danced with her a couple songs more and then we started making out. She said sh'ed add me on facebook and she did. I've been talking to her on msn., but not on the phone b/c she said her cell is not free right now.. i really like her and i cant stop thinking about her, but usually when i talk to her on msn she'll take a long time to respond. She seems like she likes me, cause she was all like awww when i told her i was sick today. but i sent her an e-mail the other day asking how shes doing and she never respond. I in alot of confusion.. was this just a one night thing? or does she want to go out with me?.. or what?
