What is the best weather dowload for cellular phones?

I have At&t (formerly cingular). I am looking to 'download weather to my cell phone, I was gonna do The Weather Channel, but I see something called "my cast" Can any one tell me which would be better? I want something that also has radar on it..Which would should I download????
