I made breakfast in bed for my girlfriend and she didn't like it?

I made pancakes with honey. My girlfriend took a taste and made a funny face. I asked what was wrong, she said nothing. Then after pestering her over and over she told me that it tastes a bit off. I did taste it, I really liked it. What is her problem?
